From active days out to relaxed evenings at the cinema, there are a range of student-friendly discounts available. Many of these are easy to access with a valid student ID or apps like Student Beans and UNiDAYS.

Try something different

If you’re looking for something adventurous and out of the ordinary, iFLY Indoor Skydiving is worth checking out. Students can get 20% off their first flight experience through Student Beans. It’s a good option if you’re celebrating the end of exams or want to try something new with friends.

Wander the streets of Milestones Museum

For something more low-key, Milestones Museum offers a great way to spend an afternoon. Students aged 16+ and holding student ID can access concession rates, and if you happen to have an Art Pass, you can get 50% off admission. It’s an easy, affordable way to explore local history, especially useful if you want a relaxed day indoors.

Stay active

Basingstoke Aquadrome makes it easier to stay active on a student budget with dedicated student memberships for those over the age of 16 and a young person membership for those aged 12 to 15. Whether you’re into gym sessions, swimming or simply keeping up a routine, it’s a flexible option that fits around study life.

Meanwhile, Planet Ice offers public skating sessions for £10 per person when booked online with a valid student ID or UNIDAYS. It’s a simple, fun activity that works just as well for a casual outing as it does for an evening social. Just keep in mind that skate hire isn’t included in the discounted price.

For some friendly competition...

Bowling is surely a must! If you’re organising a group outing, Hollywood Bowl has a couple of student-friendly deals. You can get 10% off standard games when you choose Student at checkout, and show student ID at reception when you visit. Alternatively enjoy two student games and a drink from only £10 per person on Monday to Friday and after 6pm on Sundays. This offer isn’t valid in school holidays.

Take in a film

For quieter evenings, the Odeon cinema offers students 20% off its myLIMITLESS Plus membership by verifying your student details through Student Beans. 

Quick bites on a budget

Food-wise, at KFC in the Leisure Park, students can get a free Popcorn Snack Box when spending £5 or more. You can claim this offer by entering your Student Beans ID number into the KFC app.
