Basingstoke - On the Edge Walk

Starting at 10.30am, with an aim to finish around 4pm

Join CPRE Hampshire for a 'Edgeland' walk in Basingstoke', a 7.5 mile walk to discover the beautiful North Hampshire Downs countryside just a short stroll from the heart of Basingstoke .

Starting from Orchard cafe in Basingstoke War Memorial Park the full walk will be in three sections:

• War Memorial Park to Cliddesden Village Hall 2.4 miles

• A loop from the village hall to Farleigh Church 2.5 miles - taking in the site of the proposed Upper Swallick Garden Village

• Cliddesden Village Hall to the War Memorial Park 2.4 miles .

You can join for the full 7.5 mile walk, starting at 10.30am and finishing around 4pm at the War Memorial Park in Basingstoke .

Or if you prefer a shorter walk join at 12.30pm when we will be setting off from Cliddesden Village Hall , for the shorter walk you can park at the Village Hall RG25 2JQ.
