This exhibition will showcase the Whitchurch Silk Mill's collaboration with Jane Austen’s House and the ribbons woven as an outcome. The exhibition will also look at the critically endangered heritage craft, silk ribbon weaving and its history and the place of the ribbons in fashion.

It will examine the lives of those who wore ribbons in the regency era vs the lives of those who wove them.
