Hosted on the 10th floor, the forum will explore exciting investment opportunities in Basing View and the transformative regeneration projects shaping the Basingstoke’s future - all over complimentary pastries and hot drinks. 

Supported by Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and welcoming distinguished speakers who will share valuable insights, including MP Luke Murphy and Leader of the Council, Cllr Paul Harvey.

9:30 AM – Welcome Address by Helen Deverill (Arena Offices Marketing Director) and Andy Jackson (Managing Director, Jackson Wright Property).

9:35 AM – Keynote Address by Cllr Paul Harvey, Leader of Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, sharing an update on local developments and insights into what ‘devolution’ could mean for Basingstoke’s businesses.

9:45 AM – Arena Offices: Who we are, what we do, and why we chose Basingstoke, presented by Helen Deverill and Sharron Domanska.

9:55 AM – "The Basingstoke Story" – An overview of major investment projects and future opportunities in the town, presented by Marelize De Beurs, Economy & Place Marketing Manager, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council.

10:05 AM – "A Year in Basingstoke" – Insights from Luke Murphy MP on his experiences, key learnings, and strategies for driving growth and investment in the future.

10:15 AM – Q&A and Panel Discussion, moderated by Andy Jackson (Jackson Wright Property).

10:25 AM – Closing Remarks followed by networking for those able to stay. Attendees will also have the option to tour Grosvenor House.
