Keys to Kindness

They’ll be vintage-style keys hidden at checkouts in stores, restaurants/cafes, and leisure. Simply ask the team if they have a ‘key for kindness’.

Once you find a key, head to the concierge desk in Porchester Square, log in, and try your key in a door! If you’re lucky, you unlock a £5 donation for our charity of choice, Spotlight UK. There’ll be a treat or discount for you to win too!

A light-hearted and fun way to explore Festival Place, with the chance to win for you and for charity!
