This special event brings the community together to celebrate and honour the memories of loved ones. The day will feature a heartfelt remembrance service, with readings, music, and moments for reflection. Alongside the service, visitors can enjoy local stalls, refreshments, and entertainment, showcasing the incredible talents within the community, all in support of the Hospice.

This event is open to all who wish to remember a loved one, regardless of whether they received care from the Hospice teams.
