Chineham Business Park announces a flurry of lettings

Frasers Property UK welcome three new tech companies to the award-winning Chineham Park, Basingstoke.

The three companies are Apogee Corporation Limited, Nomios and Rootshell Security.

Apogee Corporation Limited, an independent subsidiary of HP Inc, has taken a 10-year lease, at recently refurbished 3 Hazelwood. Nomios, a leading security and networking company, has taken occupation at 2 Elmwood. A two-storey building providing approximately 6,200 sq ft of office space designed to an exposed services finish. Rootshell Security, a cyber security firm, has taken 3,000 sq ft on the ground floor of 200 Cedarwood.

Nick Scott, Commercial Director at Frasers Property UK, commented: “It is great to see so many businesses relocating to Chineham Park. It is testimony to the amenities and our ongoing commitments to futureproofing our business parks across the South East.”

Chineham Park was the first business park within Frasers Property’s portfolio to launch The Exchange: an exciting new concept which provides exclusive co-working amenities and meeting facilities to its customers.

The success at Chineham Park follows the recent leases earlier in the year to Conair, Kuehne & Naugle, Storck UK and Antalis.

Frasers Property UK was advised by Hollis Hockley and CBRE.  Apogee Corporation Limited was advised by Baxter Philips, both Nomios and Rootshell Security were unrepresented.
