The Apprenticeship and Skills Partnership offers businesses a trusted, independent service to support them on apprenticeships. It supports SME’s with skills training in the Hampshire and Surrey region.

The Transfer to Transform programme gives employers the opportunity to support each other by using unspent levy funding. Large businesses can pledge unspent apprenticeship levy funds which can then be used to support SMEs in the area with the costs of apprenticeship training. This means they can take on and train new staff or upskill existing members of their team.

The Apprenticeship & Skills Partnership worked with global tech-giant, Lenovo to utilise and redistribute some of their unspent apprenticeship levy funding to local, small business, Geoxphere.
